Human Design
A modern system that maps decision-making and energy type.
Definition
Human Design is a modern synthesis developed in the late twentieth century that combines astrology, the I Ching, the Kabbalistic Tree of Life, the Hindu chakra system, and quantum physics. It produces a chart called a BodyGraph that describes a person's energy type, strategy, and authority.
In context
The five Human Design types are Manifestor, Generator, Manifesting Generator, Projector, and Reflector. Each type has a different design for how to engage with work, energy, and decision-making. Human Design is read as a complement to astrology and numerology rather than as a replacement, since each system describes a different layer of the same life.
