Refund Policy

This Refund Policy forms part of the Terms of Service between you and CSO LLC, the company that operates mycosmicreport. Because every reading delivered through the Service is uniquely composed for the individual who has purchased it, prepared on the basis of inputs that the User has personally submitted, and made available immediately upon completion of payment and composition, the following terms apply to refund eligibility.

1. Digital, Personalised, and Immediately Delivered

Each reading constitutes a digital good that is bespoke to the purchaser, prepared in reliance on the inputs submitted, and delivered without undue delay following payment. By initiating a purchase, you expressly request that we begin composition and delivery immediately, and you acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer-protection law, any statutory right of withdrawal you would otherwise be entitled to exercise in respect of digital content is foregone once composition of the reading has commenced.

2. All Sales Final Once the Reading Has Been Composed

Subject to the limited exceptions set out in Sections 3 and 4 below, and save to the extent any non-waivable right is conferred by applicable law, all purchases are final once the reading has been composed and made available to the purchaser, and we do not offer refunds, exchanges, credits, or returns in respect of dissatisfaction with the substance, tone, length, accuracy, predictive value, or emotional resonance of any reading.

3. Exception: Non-Delivery Caused by a Technical Failure

If a technical failure attributable to the Service prevents your reading from being composed and made available to you within twenty- four (24) hours of the successful settlement of payment, and the failure cannot be remedied within a reasonable further period upon your request, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount actually paid for the affected reading. To request such a refund, contact us as described in Section 5.

4. Exception: Duplicate or Manifestly Erroneous Charges

If you have been charged more than once for the same order, or if you have been charged in an amount that is manifestly inconsistent with the price displayed and confirmed at checkout, the duplicate or excess amount will be refunded in full to the original payment method, typically within five (5) to ten (10) business days of our confirmation of the error.

5. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests should be sent to [email protected], from the email address used at the time of purchase, and should include the approximate date and time of the purchase and a brief description of the issue. We endeavour to respond to all refund requests within three (3) business days. Where a refund is granted, the funds will be returned to the original payment method; settlement timing is determined by your card issuer or payment network and is outside of our control.

6. Chargebacks

We respectfully ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer, so that we may attempt to resolve the matter directly. We retain the right to contest chargebacks initiated in respect of readings that have been successfully delivered, by furnishing the relevant payment network with appropriate evidence of delivery and use.

7. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit or exclude any non-waivable consumer right conferred upon you by mandatory applicable law. Where such a right exists and applies to your purchase, it shall prevail to the extent of any conflict with this Refund Policy.
